Let me introduce myself. My name is C.J. Those initiaIs do NOT stand for anything. That is my complete first name. Over the years my clients and peers have come to believe that my name really stands for a "Complete Job."
After graduation from Skidmore College where I majored in Economics, I worked for a prestigious New York Bank in the Commercial Lending Division while attending New York University Graduate School of Business Administration studying International Finance. This helped to hone my financial and organizational skills. 1972 was the beginning of my Real Estate career in Kona, and I became a Broker 3 years later. I started my own company in 1980 with an office in the Kona Inn Shopping Village. In 1985 I purchased and remodeled our current office building location. Our Services include Marketing and Sales, as well as locating & assisting in the purchase of your "Piece of Paradise." We also do Property Management of Long Term & Vacation Rentals, overseeing the properties & generating rental income for our clients. It is no secret that buying and selling Hawaiian Real Estate can be a confusing, frustrating & nail biting experience. My over 45 years of Real Estate experience has helped me develop an easy step-by-step system to simplify this process. The bottom line is - this process will be rewarding and pleasant. I believe that my clients should be treated as I would want to be treated. My market knowledge enables me to assist them in negotiating the very best terms and price of the sale. It can all be easy when you let C.J. attend to the details. I have served on the Board of Hawaii Island Realtors for 8 years. My peers honored me with "Realtor of the Year" for the Island of Hawaii. My outside interests include traveling. I'm a self-made Goodwill Ambassador for the Beauties of Kona. I am a charter member and first soprano in the Kona Choral Society's 100-person chorus. Yes, life is so good that singing about it is a joy. I feel truly blessed to have chosen a career path that gives me so much pleasure. Each morning is another opportunity to share my love of Kona with someone new. |
